| 摘 要： | 目的:观察红花注射液预处理后局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织中水、Na+、Ca2+含量的变化,探讨红花注射液预处理对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:采用线栓法制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型。SD大鼠40只,随机分为对照组、假手术组、模型组、红花预处理组,每组10只。用Zeal Longa 5级评分法进行神经功能评分;测定各组大鼠脑组织中水、Na+、Ca2+含量。结果:红花预处理组神经功能评分均低于模型组(P<0.05),但高于对照组和假手术组(P<0.05)。对照组和假手术组大鼠脑组织中水、Na+、Ca2+含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);模型组水、Na+、Ca2+含量明显高于对照组和假手术组,红花预处理组低于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红花注射液预处理可以抑制大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑组织水肿和Ca2+超载作用,从而对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有明显的保护作用。
