| 摘 要： | 目的:分析探讨泮托拉唑联合多种抗生素在消化性溃疡患者治疗中的临床应用效果。方法:选取入住我院的消化性溃疡病例107例,随机分为两组,对照组50例(46.7%)采用奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林进行治疗,研究组57例(53.3%)应用泮托拉唑联合阿莫西林、克拉霉素进行治疗,均连续治疗5周,分析两种治疗方法的临床效果及其不良反应。结果:研究组临床总有效率、溃疡愈合率分别为93.0%(53/57)、71.9%(41/57),均显著优于对照组的84.0%(42/50)、56.0%(28/50);研究组患者Hp根除率为86.0%(49/57),显著优于对照组的64.0%(32/50),组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而不良反应发生率则无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:泮托拉唑联合阿莫西林、克拉霉素对消化性溃疡的疗效显著,不良反应少,值得临床进一步推广应用。
