| 摘 要： | 目的:研究基础护理试点工作开展现状及临床护理人员对"基础护理试点工作"的认知情况。方法:向苏州市3家医院400名护士发放调查问卷,问卷以《住院患者基础护理服务项目(试行)》文件为基础设计而成。结果:对开展基础护理试点工作持支持态度的护士占40.6%,认为基础护理工作应该由护士完成的占14.8%,对《住院患者基础护理服务项目(试行)》了解的护士占33.6%,认为开展基础护理试点工作有压力者占75.9%,主要压力来源和困难分别是担心工作量增加及护理人力资源缺乏。结论:护理人员对基础护理的责任意识和角色定位不容乐观,基础护理服务项目开展参差不齐,要转变观念,明确护士在基础护理工作中的角色与责任,加强护士专业素质教育与培训。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the current situation of basic nursing pilot work and the clinical nurses＇ cognition. Methods： Self-designed questionnaire was adopted to investigate 400 clinical nurses in three hospitals in Suzhou. Results： 40.6% nurses supported the pilot work and 14.8% thought that nurses should do basic nursing.33.6% acquainted with＂basic nursing items for inpatients＂. 75.9% felt under pressure. The main stressors and obstacles were overload and nurses shortage. Conclusion： Nurses should change the concept of neglecting basic nursing and take the responsibility of caring. Nurse managers should strengthen the aualitv training of nurses. |
