Norplant治疗子宫腺肌病患者的疗效与药物不良反应

目的 探讨Norplant治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效与药物不良反应。方法 对比观察30例子宫腺肌病患者皮下埋植Norplant前后的痛经症状、血清CA_(125)水平、子宫大小、月经、体重、血压、肝肾功能和血脂等化验指标。 结果 皮下埋植Norplant后患者的痛经症状缓解明显,有效率为100％;CA_(125)明显下降(P<0.01),埋植后6个月下降至正常水平,埋植12个月后一直保持在较低水平;用药前后子宫大小无明显变化(P>0.05);药物主要不良反应为月经紊乱,表现为点滴出血、经期延长和经量增多等;体重、血压、肝肾功能和血脂等化验指标无明显变化。结论 NOrplant治疗子宫腺肌病安全有效,特别是对近绝经期不愿手术的患者不失为一种较好的药物保守治疗手段。

The study on the effects and side - effects of patients with adenomyosis implanted by Norplant

Objective To study the results of treatment by Norplant for patients with adenomyosis. Methods To observe the clinical effects and side - effects of 30 patients with adenomyosis implanted by Norplant by comparing the symptoms of dysmenorrhea, concentrations of serum CA125, sizes of uterus, changes of menstruation, body weight, blood pressure, laboratory parameters of liver and kidney function, as well as serum lipid. Results The symptoms of dysmenorrhea were relieved significantly, with a rate as 100% . The concentration of serum CA125 decreased significantly (P< 0.01) , which lowered down to normal level six months after implantation, and maintained a lower level after that. The size of uteri was not different from those before treatment (P>0.05) . The main side - effects were menstrual disorders, including vaginal spoting, menostaxis, menorrhagia, etc. Body weight, blood pressure, laboratory parameters of liver and kidney function and serum lipid were not significantly different from that before treatment. Conclusions Treatment of adenomyosis with Norplant is safe and effective, especially as a good conservative treatment for premenopausal patients.
