银屑病患者皮损部位psoriasin的免疫组化研究及流式细胞分析

目的 了解psoriasin在银屑病发病中的作用。方法 用免疫组化方法及流式细胞仪观察例银屑病患者皮损区及10例正常人表皮中psoriasin的表达。结果 流式细胞仪检测结果显示14例寻型银屑病患者皮损角质形成细胞psoriasin的表达量为23.38%±4.49%,10例正常人的表皮均未检测psoriasin;免疫组化结果显示银屑病皮损区psoriasin的表达明显增高,且分布在基底层及基底层上,而正人表皮不表达该蛋白。结论 psoriasin可能是导致局部炎症细胞浸润的因素之一,而且可能与银屑病质形成细胞的过度增殖有关。

Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemical Study of Psoriasin in the Skin Lesion of Psoriatic Patients

Objective To investigate the role of psoriasin in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.Methods Immunohistochemical technique(SABC) and flow cytometry were employed to detect the expression of psoriasin in 14 patients with psoriasis. Results The expression of psoriasin was up-regulated in psoriatic keratinocytes and the amount of its expression was 23.38%±4.49%. The presence of psoriasin was located in the basal and suprabasal layers of psoriatic lesions.The epidermis in normal controls did not express psoriasin. Conclusion The overexpression of psoriasin in psoriatic epidermis suggests that psoriasin be one of the factors leading to the infiltration of inflammatory cells in psoriatic epidermis and be related to the hyperproliferation of psoriatic keratinocytes.
