| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨婴幼儿腮腺血管瘤组织中bFGF与血管瘤生长的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学法及图像分析技术。结果 :bFGF在婴幼儿血管瘤中的含量显著多于正常腮腺组织 ;bFGF在血管瘤中幼稚毛细血管周围分布较多。结论 :bFGF在婴幼儿腮腺血管瘤发生、发展过程中起重要作用 ;细胞生物学疗法在对血管瘤治疗方面有较广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the relationship between bFGF and growth of infant parotid gland hemangioma.Methods:The immunohistochemical technique and image analysis technique were carried out.The count of bFGF was observed among 40 cases of hemangioma in proliferative stage,30cases in involuting stage,5cases of normal tissue.Results:The bFGF count in infant parotid gland hemangioma was significant higher than which in normal tissue;the bFGF count was the highest in proliferative stage.Conclusion:bFGF made an important role in the proliferative and involuting procession of hemangioma. |
