超声波诊断98例宫外孕破裂的回顾性分析

目的 探讨超声波诊断宫外孕破裂的准确率.方法 98例患者手术前均做超声检查,所有患者均有腹盆腔积液(积血),并做腹腔穿刺检查,将术前诊断与手术及病理结果进行比较.结果 98例患者术后证实均为宫外孕破裂出血,且超声检查所示出血深度与手术所示的游离积血量呈正相关(R=0.556,P＜0.0001),而妊娠囊心搏型、妊娠囊无心搏型、混合型三者之间的出血量无显著性差异(F=2.033,P=0.139).结论 超声波是诊断宫外孕破裂首选的、最快捷、最直接的无创检查方法.

The Retrospective Analysis Of 98 Rupture Of Ectopic Pregnancy Diagnosed By Ultrasonography

Objective To evaluate the accuracy of ultrasound in the diagnosis about rupture of ectopic pregnancy.Method All of the ninty-eight patients who underwent ultrasonography before operation were with fluidify in abdominal cavity and pelvic cavity.Then they underwent abdominocentesis. The diagnosis before operation were compared with the pathological and operative results.Result 98 patients were confirmed hemorrhage of ectopic pregnancy rupture. The hemorrhage depth measured in ultrasonography and the free volume of blood in operation are positive correlation. The hemorrhage measurement of gestational sac with thrill, gestational sac without thrill and mixture have no significant deviation.Conclusion Ultrasonography is the preferred, the fastest and directest examinations in diagnosis of the hemorrhage of ectopic pregnancy rupture.
