摘    要:目的 研究核黄素对缺血再灌注心肌的保护作用与P-选择素表达的关系。方法 18只家兔随机分为3组:①假手术组;②缺血再灌组(缺血 30 min,再灌60 min);③核黄素组。在缺血前5 min,缺血30 min,再灌5 min,20min,60 min采集血样,ELISA检测P-选择素。整个手术过程Medlab-E监测心功能。结果 缺血再灌组中,缺血再灌后P-选择素的表达显著升高,同缺血前有显著性差异。核黄素组P-选择素无明显改变。结论 核黄素能抑制血小板P-选择素的表达,并能改善心功能。

Abstract:Objective Inflammatory cell platelet, which can impair heart function in a state of activation, plays a major role in the pathogenesis of I/R (ischemia reperfusion injury) ,but little is known about the time course of platelet activation. The present study was designed to investigate the platelet P-selectin expression during ischemia and reperfusion of rabbit myocardium,and the interference of riboflavin was observed as well. Methods 18 rabbits were divided into three groups randomly: ①Sham operation group;②Ischemia-reperfusion group;③ Riboflavin group. Blood was collected at 5 min of preischemia,30 min of ischemia and 5 min、20 min、60 min of reperfusion. The level of platelet P-selectin were measured by using an ELISA kit. Heart function was monitored during ischemia and reperfusion session. Results The level of platelet P-selectin elevated after ischemia and reperfusion than that of presichemia (P<0.05 or P<0.01) in I/R group but had no significant change in RBF group. Conclusion Riboflavin could inhibit the expression of platelet P-selectin and improve the heart function.
