| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨影响脑瘫手术效果的因素。方法：对１１７例脑瘫术后患者进行随访，发现５９例术后功能改善欠佳，并进行分析。结果：手术适应证的选择及术后功能训练是重要因素。结论：手术成功的关键在于严格掌握手术适应证和术后正确的功能训练。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the factors of the cerebral palsy(CP) after surgical curative effect.Method117 cases of CP after surgical were follo wed-UP,It was found that,in 59 cases could't get beetter therapeutic effects,and anslysis on it.ResultKept in mind during the surgical treatment and function exercise were the factors of CP after surgical curative effect.ConclusionIt is the key points of a successful surgical are kept clearly in mind during the surgical treatment and correct function exercise. |
