| Abstract: | The paper introduces the status quo of chronic disease prevention and control at home and abroad, analyzes the main problems and countermeasures of chronic disease prevention and control systems, and elaborates the design idea, structure, functions, processes and application effects of the chronic disease prevention and control system based on the 6-level prevention and control system in detail,points out that this system is helpful to control medical cost and improve management efficiency. |
