Abstract:Objective:To investigate the mechanisms of Shengji Huayu Formula in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer. Methods:The chemical components of Shengji Huayu Formula and its potential targets were found and predicted by TCMSP, TCMIP, TCMID, GeneCards, PubChem and SwissTargetPrediction databases. The biological functions of potential targets were explored. The multi-levels network graph of drug-compound-target was constructed by Cytoscape software, and the topological structure of the network was analyzed by cluster analysis. GO function and KEGG pathway analysis were performed for the obtained targets. Results:There were 845 compounds and 1 095 targets, which formed 2 455 component-target pairs. The GO function of Shengji Huayu Formula mainly involved metabolism, transmembrane transport, γ-aminobutyric acid signal pathway and negative regulation of inflammatory response, and KEGG pathway mainly included metabolic pathways, steroid hormone biosynthesis, nitrogen metabolism, cAMP signaling pathway, oxidative phosphorylation, insulin resistance, antibiotic biosynthesis, carbon metabolism, PPAR signaling pathway, insulin signaling pathway and so on. Conclusion:Shengji Huayu Formula may exert the therapeutic effects in treating chronic skin ulcer through multiple components and multiple targets, and Astragali Radix, Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and Draconis Sanguis play an important role.
