摘    要:目的扩散张量纤维束成像对健康成人运动语言功能区研究,揭示Broca区与其他脑功能区间联系.方法健康成人10名, SIEMENS Trio 2003T-3T及工作站行数据收集和后处理, 测量Brodmann's 44和45区FA值和纤维追踪.结果三角区、额叶盖部追踪纤维束数量左利手及右利手不一致,右利手Broca区纤维束数是以额叶盖部占优势,左利手Broca区纤维束数比较均匀.三角区与额叶盖部之间有U形纤维联系. Broca与Wernicke纤维联系有个体差异.结论 Broca区与其他脑区纤维联系有明显的个体差异.

Abstract:Objective To exhibit the fibers of language area, and to demonstrate the fibers of Broca's area and fascicular association with other brain function areas with diffusion tensor imaging and fiber tracking technique. Methods Conventional MRI, diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and fiber tracking were performed in ten healthy subjects, including eight right-handed (six male and two female) and two left-handed (one male and one female) by 3.0 T SIEMENS Trio 2003T MRI. FA values of Broca's areas and contralateral normal area were measured, as seeds to track fibers. The left motor speech (Broca's) area includes triangular portion of inferior frontal gyrus and opercular portion of inferior gyrus. Results DTI fiber tracking exhibited neural fiber bundle amount of triangular area and frontal opercular portion were different between right-handed and left-handed persons. The Broca's fibers dominate was from frontal opercular portion of right-handed. The Broca's fibers were relatively uniformity between triangular area and frontal opercular portion of left-handed. There were U fibers between triangular area and opercular portion. There was individual difference between Broca's areas and Wernicke's area of contacted fibers. Conclusion There is individual difference between Broca's areas and other cerebral function areas.
