类风湿关节炎患者外周血辅助性T细胞17和白细胞介素-17的变化及与疾病活动性的关系

目的探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)患者外周血辅助性T细胞17(Th17)及细胞因子白细胞介素17(IL-17)与疾病活动性的关系。方法 100例RA患者根据DAS28评分分为高、中、低活动组,采用流式细胞术检测RA患者及20名健康对照组外周血Th17细胞水平,采用流式细胞仪微球捕获芯片技术(CBA)测定其IL-17水平。结果 RA患者Th17细胞所占外周细胞比例高于健康对照组(P<0.05),且随着DAS28评分增高比例增高;RA患者IL-17A血清浓度高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。结论 Th17/IL-17参与RA的发病过程,且与疾病活动性相关。

Correlation between altered peripheral blood Th17/IL-17 and disease activity in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To determine the correlation between altered peripheral blood T-helper cell 17 （Th17）/ interleukin-17 （IL-17） and disease activity in patients with rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. Methods One hundred con- secutive patients with RA were assigned into highly, moderately and mildly active group based on disease activity score （DAS28）. Peripheral blood Thl7 cell count in patients with RA and healthy control group （n=20） was assessed via flow cytometry. The level of IL-17 was analyzed by using cytometeric bead array （CBA） for flow cytometric assess- ment. Results The proportion of Th17 cells in peripheral blood was higher in RA group, but not control group （P〈 0.05）, and was positively correlated with DAS28 scores. Patients with RA yielded higher serum IL-17 than control group （P〈O.01）. Conclusion Both Th17 and IL-17 play a role in pathogenesis of RA and correlate with disease ac- tivity.
