| Abstract: | Probe-based detection of mecA, lukS/F-PV (Panton-Valentine leukocidin), and tst virulence genes in 435 isolates of Staphylococcus aureus had comparable sensitivity and specificity to end-point polymerase chain reaction as a reference standard. |
