| 摘 要： | 医院暴力事件对医务人员的身心健康及医院的医疗秩序造成了许多负面影响,对此,对医院暴力的原因及对策查阅国内相关报道,综述研究现状。期待医患、护患关系的进一步改善,共同创造一个文明、有序、和谐的医疗环境。

| Abstract: | The hospital violence affairs have resulted in many negative influence on the mental and physical health of the medical staff,also on the normal medical work.This paper reviewed the related studies on the causes and countermeasures of hospital violence in the recent years,which aimed to further improve the relationship between medical staff and patients and create a civilized,ordered,harmonious medical treatment environment. |
