蒙药匝迪的研究进展

蒙药匝迪又名肉蔻五味丸,功能主治祛心"赫依"病。它的组成成分有肉豆蔻、木香、广枣、荜茇、土木香。其中荜茇挥发油可增强动物耐缺氧能力,并可扩张冠脉,拮抗垂体后叶素所致心肌缺血;广枣行气活血,养心,安神,抗心肌缺血,保护心功能等作用;木香有利尿及促进纤维蛋白溶解等作用;肉豆蔻具有温中,下气,消食,固肠,治心腹胀痛,宿食不消。本研究主要从蒙药匝迪的组成成分,药理作用,临床应用等阐述了蒙药匝迪的研究进展。
