中医护理联合健康教育对类风湿关节炎患者的影响

目的:探讨中医护理联合健康教育对类风湿关节炎(RA)患者的影响。方法:将80例RA患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,均给予青霉素800万U加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml静脉滴注、1次/d,配合萘普生控释片0.5 g、2次/d治疗,对照组实行常规护理;观察组在对照组基础上实行中药外敷联合系统的健康教育。观察、比较3个疗程后两组疗效、主要检验指标(血沉、类风湿因子、IgG、C反应蛋白)、焦虑和抑郁评分。结果:3个疗程后观察组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.01),主要检验指标、抑郁和焦虑评分均低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:中医护理联合健康教育对RA疗效肯定、安全,值得在各层医院推广。

Effect of nursing care of TCM combined with health education on the patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing care of TCM combined with health education on the patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into observation and control groups(40 cases in each group).The patients in both groups were given penicillin 8 000 000 U in 250 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection by intravenous infusion once per day,combined with the treatment with 0.5 g Naproxen controlled-release tablets 2 times per day.The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the external application of Chinese herbs combined with systematic health education was implemented based on the routine nursing care in the observation group.The treatment effect,the main laboratory test indexes,(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,rheumatoid factor,IgG,C-reactive protein),anxiety and depression scores were observed and compared between the two groups after 3 courses of treatment.Results:After 3 courses of treatment,the treatment effect was better in the observation group than the control group(P<0.01);the main laboratory test indexes,depression and anxiety scores were lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The effect of nursing care of TCM combined with health education is definite and safe in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
