姜黄素体外抑制淋球菌活性的研究

摘    要:目的考察姜黄素的体外抑制淋球菌的活性。方法以最小抑菌浓度、抑菌圈为指标对姜黄素的体外抑菌效果进行分析。结果姜黄素在体外条件下对淋球菌的最小抑菌浓度是100mg/mL,以最小抑菌浓度作抑菌圈试验,其对淋球菌的抑菌圈直径为13mm。结论姜黄素在体外可以抑制淋球菌的活性。

Abstract:Objective To determine the anti bacterial activity of Curcumin in vitro. Methods Minimal inhibitory concentration and inhibition zone were used to evaluate the anti-neisseria gonorrhoeae activity of curcuminin vitro. Results The expermient results showed that MIC of curcumin on neisseria gonorrhoeae was 100 mg/mL. Diameter of inhibiti on zone to each stain above were 13 mm. Conclusion All of the data indicated that curcumin can inhibit anti-neisseria gonorrhoeae activityin vitro.
