新生儿溶血病换血术前后凝血功能的变化分析

目的探讨新生儿溶血病换血术前后凝血功能的变化。方法对52例重度溶血病新生儿换血术前后的凝血功能、血小板进行测定分析,以同期出生的正常新生儿为对照组。结果换血术后的患儿活化的部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)明显延长,纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量增高,血小板计数(PLT)数量减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)有轻度延长,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新生儿溶血病换血术前后应进行凝血功能的检测,并及时处理,以防止发生大出血及DIC。

Analysis on the changes of coagulation function of the newborn' s haemolytic disease before and after exchange transfusion

Objective To investigate the coagulation function changes of the newborn’s haemolytic disease before and after exchange transfusion.Methods Check and analyze the coagulation function and blood platelet of 52 serious newborn haemolytic disease cases before and after exchange transfusion,and compare with the same term normal newborn.Results Activated partial thromboplastin time(APPT) was prolonged obviously after exchange transfusion,fibrinogen(FIB) content increased,and platelet(PLT) quantity was reduced.The difference has the statistical significance,(P<0.05).Prothrombin time(PT) was prolonged a little,the difference has no statistical significance,(P>0.05).Conclusion It is required to check the coagulation function of the newborn haemolytic disease before and after exchange transfusion,and deal with it in time to avoid massive haemorrhage and DIC.
