电子支气管镜不同取材方式在200例肺癌诊断中的意义

目的探讨电子支气管镜不同取材在肺癌诊断中的临床意义。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2009年6月～2011年6月收治的200例肺癌患者的临床资料,所有患者均行电子支气管镜检查,采用钳检、刷检、支气管灌洗液等方法获取标本,比较不同取材及联合取材诊断肺癌的临床价值。结果钳检在肺癌检出率明显高于刷检及支气管灌洗液检查,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三种联合检查阳性率高于单种取材,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电子支气管镜检查是肺癌诊断的重要方法之一,采用多种取材方法联合取材可提高肺癌的阳性检出率。

Clinical diagnosis significance through different samples obtained by electronic bronchoscopy in 200 patients with lung cancer

Objective To investigate clinical diagnosis significance of lung cancer through different samples obtained by electronic bronchoscopy. Methods The clinical data of 200 patients with lung cancer from 2009 to 2011 were reviewed retrospectively.All of the patients received the fiberoptic bronchoscopy,and we obtained sample by brushing,clamp inspection and bronchial lavage.We evaluate clinical diagnosis significance of lung cancer diagnosis by different materials or joint materials. Results The detectable rate of lung cancer by clamp inspection are higher than by brushing and bronchial lavage. The detectable rate of lung cancer by three kinds of sample are higher than by single sample.There are statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Electronic bronchoscopy is one of the important ways to diagnose lung cancer, and we can improve lung cancer detection rate by multiple samples obtained by electronic bronchoscopy.
