低分子肝素钙联合舒血宁治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期疗效观察

目的观察低分子肝素钙联合舒血宁注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期的疗效。方法将慢性肺源性心脏病患者60例,分为治疗组及对照组各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,包括低流量吸氧、抗感染、止咳化痰平喘、强心利尿、扩血管等治疗措施。治疗组在此基础上给予低分子肝素钙5 000 U脐周皮下注射每日2次,联合舒血宁注射液20 mL每日1次静滴,10 d为1个疗程。结果治疗组有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为70%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。动脉血气分析与血流变学在治疗前两组比较,差异无统计学意义;治疗后两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素钙联合舒血宁注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期安全有效,值得推广。

Clinical observation of low molecular weight heparin calcium with Shuxuening injection in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with acute exacerbation period

Objective To observe the curative effects of low molecular weight heparin calcium with Shuxuening injection for chronic pulmonary heart disease in acute exacerbation period.Methods 60 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease were divided into treatment group and control group,and each group had 30 cases.The control group was give conventional treatments,which includes low flow oxygen inhalation,anti-infection,relieving cough,resolving sputum and soothing asthma,strengthening heart and diuretic therapy,and expansion blood vessel,etc.On the foundation of conventional treatments,treatment group was performed with low molecular weight heparin calcium 5 000 U(bid) by subcutaneous injection,jointing Shuxuening injection 20 mL(qd) by intravenous infusion.A therapeutic duration was 10 days.Results The effective rate of treatment group was 93.5%,and the control group was 70%.The differences were significant(P < 0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in arterial blood-gas analysis and blood rheology.While after treatment,the differences were significant(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium with Shuxuening injection is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease in acute exacerbation period,and is worth popularizing.
