米非司酮联合米索前列醇用于人工流产的有效性以及安全性评价

目的探讨评价米非司酮联合米索前列醇用于人工流产的有效性及安全性。方法将自愿要求终止妊娠的240例妊娠者随机分为观察组与对照组各120例,观察组妊娠者给予米非司酮联合米索前列醇人工流产,而对照组单独给予米索前列醇人工流产,观察对比两组的临床流产效果、胚胎排出时间、阴道出血量及并发症发生情况。结果观察组流产成功率93.33%明显高于对照组72.50%,两组相比经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组胚胎排出时间明显短于对照组,阴道出血量及并发症发生情况明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工流产采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇安全有效,可明显提高流产成功率,缩短胚胎排出时间,减少阴道出血量及并发症发生情况,临床值得推广应用。

Effectiveness and safety of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for treating with induced abortion

Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for treating with induced abortion. Methods 240 cases with pregnancy that voluntarily required induced abortion were divided into control group and observation group according to parity number, 120 cases of each group. The observation group was given mifepristone combined with misoprostol while the control group was received misoprostol. The clinical efficacy, embryo excluding time, the amount of vaginal bleeding and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of abortion in the observation group was 93.33% higher than 72.5% of the control group (P < 0.05); and embryo excluding time in the observation group was shorter than the control group, vaginal bleeding and complications were less than the control group, and there were significantly differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The using of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for induced abortion is safe and effective, it can significantly improve the success rate, reduce embryo excluding time, reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and complications, and it should be widely applied in clinical.
