腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的疗效比较

目的探讨腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法选择2011年1～6月在笔者所在医院进行治疗的异位妊娠患者50例,随机分为研究组和对照组各25例。研究组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗。观察比较两组术中和术后情况。结果与对照组比较,研究组平均手术时间短,术中平均出血量少,平均肛门排气时间早,需要镇痛的患者少,平均住院天数少,工作恢复时间和性生活恢复时间短,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜用于治疗异位妊娠,相较于传统的开腹手术具有创伤小、恢复快等优点。

Efficacy comparison of laparoscopy and laparotomy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy and laparotomy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods From January 2008 to May 2011, 50 cases with ectopic pregnancy were divided into study group and control group randomly. Study group was treated with laparoscopy, and control group was treated with laparotomy. The intraoperation and postoperation condition were observed and compared between two groups. Results Compared with control group, the mean operating time of study group was shorter, the mean peri-operation bleeding was less, the mean anal exhaust time was earlier, cases of postoperative analgesia were less, the mean hospital stay was shorther, and work and sexual life recovery time was shorter. There were significant differences between two groups(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with laparotomy, laparoscopy has the advantages of minimal invasion and resume fast in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
