急性白血病患者PICC置管时机对静脉炎发生的影响

目的 探讨急性白血病患者经外周中心静脉导管(PICC)置管不同时机对导管相关静脉炎发生的影响.方法 将120例急性白血病静脉化疗患者随机分为研究组和对照组各60例,对照组在化疗前行PICC置管,研究组在化疗第2周期开始前置管,比较两组患者置管2周后静脉炎发生率.结果 两组静脉炎发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 急性白血病患者化疗第2周期前行PICC置管能够降低静脉炎发生率,提高导管使用效果.

Impact of the opportunity for PICC on the occurrence of phlebitis of patients with acute leukemia

Objective: To explore the impact of peripheral central venous catheter(PICC) catheterization at different time on catheter-related phlebitis of acute leukemia patients.Methods: 120 acute leukemia patients receiving intravenous chemotherapy were randomly divided into a study group and a control group(60 cases in each group).PICC was applied to the patients before chemotherapy in the control group and PICC was used before the second cycles of chemotherapy in the study group.The incidence of phlebitis was compared between the two groups after 2 weeks for catheterization.Results: There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of the incidence of phlebitis between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The catheterization of PICC before the second cycles of chemotherapy can effectively reduce the incidence of phlebitis of patients with acute leukemia and improve efficiency of catheter.
