封堵器介入治疗小儿先天性心脏病21例围术期护理

目的:探讨封堵器介入治疗小儿先天性心脏病围术期护理方法.方法:将42例采用封堵器介入治疗的先天性心脏病患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各21例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组患者进行围术期系统的护理干预,观察两组治疗效果及术后并发症发生情况.结果:42例患儿均顺利完成手术,观察组住院时间短于对照组,疗效满意度高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后穿刺口感染及血栓形成少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:围术期系统护理干预对手术的顺利进行有重要的作用,降低了并发症发生率,提高了患儿预后.

Perioperative nursing care in the treatment of 21 children patients with congenital heart disease by using occluder device

Objective:To explore the perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of children patients with congenital heart disease by using occluder device.Methods:42 children patients who received interventional therapy with occluder device were randomly divided into observation and control groups(21 cases in each group).The routine nursing care was implemented in the control group and perioperative systematic nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group.The treatment outcome and occurrence of postoperative complications were observed in the two groups.Results:All the operations were successful.The length of hospitalization stay was shorter and the curative effect was more satisfactory in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05);the occurrence of puncture orifice infection and thrombosis was less in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The perioperative systematic nursing intervention can ensure the success of operation,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the prognosis of children patients.
