| 摘 要： | 产妇产后出血是分娩时较为严重的并发症,严重时可导致产妇休克甚至死亡。产后出血的原因有子宫收缩乏力、胎盘因素、软产道损伤和凝血机制障碍。临床护理人员要加强对产妇的观察和护理,减轻患者的痛苦,并有效降低产妇出现并发症和死亡的机率。

| Abstract: | Maternal postpartum hemorrhage is a serious complication of childbirth.It can lead to maternal shock and even death when the situation become worse.Uterine atony,placental factors,soft birth canal injury and coagulation disorders may cause postpartum hemorrhage.Therefore,clinical nurses should strengthen maternal observation and nursing,alleviate the suffering of patients,and effectively reduce the maternal complications and death rate. |
