新生隐球菌性脑膜炎的脑脊液标本检验方法分析

目的分析新生隐球菌性脑膜炎的脑脊液标本检测方法,提高新生隐球菌的检出率。方法对笔者所在医院确诊隐球菌性脑膜炎55例脑脊液标本的临床资料、实验室检查的情况作以比较,进行回顾性分析。结果 55例患者脑脊液检查结果:墨汁染色阳性42例,革兰染色阳性38例,真菌培养阳性49例,乳胶凝集试验阳性52例。结论通过比较分析CM脑脊液标本4种不同检验方法,笔者认为对同一份标本应联合使用3种以上方法检测,使结果互相印证,从而降低误诊率。

Analysis of cryptococcus neoformans meningitis in CSF samples from test methods

Objective To analysis of cryptococcus neoformans meningitis of the cerebrospinal fluid specimens of detection methods information,improve the detection rate of cryptococcus neoformans. Methods Clinical data of 55 cases diagnosed in our hospital with cryptococcal meningitis CSF samples and the laboratory tests to compare,it was retrospectively analyzed. Results 55 cases of patients with cerebrospinal fluid findings:Ink staining was positive in 42 cases,38 cases of Grampositive,fungal culture was positive in 49 cases,the latex agglutination test was positive in 52 cases. Conclusion Through a comparative analysis of the CM CSF samples from four different test methods,the author believes that to be used in conjunction with a specimen should be used to detect more than three so that the results cross-checked,thus reducing the rate of misdiagnosis.
