综合护理干预在躯体形式障碍患者中的应用及效果观察

目的 探讨综合护理干预在躯体形式障碍患者中的应用及临床疗效.方法 将108例躯体形式障碍患者按就诊顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各54例,对照组给予药物治疗和常规护理,观察组在此基础上进行综合护理干预,即系统化整体护理、心理护理、生物反馈训练等.采用SCL-90症状自评量表评定并比较两组干预前后各因子分值.结果 观察组干预前后SCL-90症状自评量表各因子分值比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),观察组干预后各因子分值明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 综合护理干预可提高躯体形式障碍患者的临床疗效,值得推广应用.

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention to the patients with somatoform disorders and observation on its effect

Objective: To investigate the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in the patients with somatoform disorders and its clinical curative effect.Methods: 108 patients with somatoform disorders were randomly divided into observation and control groups(54 cases in each group) according to the visiting sequence.The drug therapy and routine nursing care were given to the patients in the control group and comprehensive nursing intervention was applied to the patients in the observation group based on the measures of the control group,namely systematic holistic nursing,psychological care and biofeedback training.The SCL-90 was used to assess and compare the scores of each factor between the two groups before and after intervention.Results: There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of the scores of each factor of SCL-90 before and after intervention in the observation group(P<0.05);the scores of each factor of SCL-90 were lower in the observation group than that of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the clinical curative effect in the treatment of patients with somatoform disorder,it is recommended to be widely used clinically.
