脑损伤大鼠补体C3与脑水肿的动态变化研究

摘    要:目的研究脑损伤后脑组织内补体C3与脑组织含水量的动态变化。方法利用改进Feeney's自由落体硬脑膜外撞击方法,造成大鼠闭合性脑损伤模型。运用干湿法、放射免疫法分析大鼠伤区脑组织中脑水含量、C3并进行动态定量检测。结果创伤后脑组织含水量与补体C3均有明显增高,且在伤后24 h达高峰,7 d后恢复到正常水平。结论 C3与脑损伤后脑水肿的病理生理过程有关,直接参与创伤后脑水肿的发生发展。

Abstract:Objective To study the variation of complement C3 and brain edema in cerebral tissue after brain injury.Methods Closed cerebral trauma models of rats were performed according to Feeney’s method.Brain water and C3 content were measured dynamically quantitatively with dry-wet method and radiommunoassay method.Results After brain trauma,a remarkable increase was found in the contents of the above Brain water and C3 and reaches peak after 24 h,restore to the normal level after 7 d.Conclusion C3 are involved in the pathophysiological process of brain edema after brain trauma.It directly participate in the pathogenesis mechanisins of brain edema after brain trauma.
