宫颈癌治疗对性生活质量的影响

目的探讨宫颈癌治疗对性生活质量的影响研究,以有效提高术后患者性生活质量。方法采取面对面交流,电话访谈及问卷调查,对256例宫颈癌手术患者术后性生活状况进行调查分析。结果 256例宫颈癌患者术后,其中151例感觉性生活不满意,220例性生活频率下降且伴有不同程度的出血,疼痛及干燥并发症,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多数宫颈癌术后患者性生活质量下降显著,这提示在治疗期间医护人员对宫颈癌患者应积极实施干预措施,同时患者家属特别是伴侣更应竭力支持,从而提高术后性生活质量。

Cervical cancer treatment on the quality of sex life

Objective To study the influence of cervical cancer treatment on the quality of sex life so as to effectively improve the sex of patients after surgery.Methods Via face to face communication,telephone interviews and questionnaires to carry out an investigation and analysis of sex life of 256 patients with cervical cancer after surgery,who were all treated in our hospital during the period from February 2008 to June 2011.Results In the 256 cases,151 of them were unsatisfied on their sex life,220 of them experienced decreased frequency of sexual activity and varying degrees of bleeding,pain and dry complications,undergoing significant differences comparing with conditions before the surgery,which displayed important statistical standard.Conclusion A majority of patients with cervical cancer experienced significant decline in the quality of sex life after the surgery,which suggests that doctors and nurses should implement active interventions on patients with cervical cancer during their treatment,while family members of patients in particular their partners should strive to support the patients so as to improve the quality of postoperative sex life.
