中医护理干预对老年不稳定性心绞痛患者疗效的影响

目的 探讨中医护理干预对老年不稳定性心绞痛患者疗效的影响.方法 将148例老年不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为干预组和对照组各74例,对照组给予常规护理干预,干预组在此基础上实施中医护理干预,比较两组患者出院时西雅图心绞痛调查量表(SAQ)评分和护理满意度.结果 干预组患者SAQ评分及护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 在老年不稳定性心绞痛患者的治疗过程中实施中医护理干预可提高临床疗效及护理满意度,促进康复.

Impact of nursing intervention with TCM theory on the curative effect in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris

Objective: To explore the impact of nursing intervention with TCM theory on the curative effect in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods: 148 elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group(4 cases in each group).The patients in the control group was given routine nursing intervention and the patients in the intervention group were additionally given nursing intervention with TCM theory on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The scores of Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ) and the patient’s satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups when the patients were discharged from hospital.Results: The SAQ scores and the patient’s satisfaction were higher in the intervention group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: The implementation of nursing intervention with TCM theory can improve the clinical curative effect and the patient’s satisfaction and promote their rehabilitation in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris.
