综合护理干预对心电监护老年心血管疾病患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

目的:探讨综合护理干预对需持续心电监护老年心血管疾病患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法:对100例需持续心电监护老年心血管疾病患者,于入院当天病情许可情况下分别采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对其焦虑、抑郁状态进行测评,并给予综合护理干预,2周后再次采用SAS、SDS测评其焦虑、抑郁状态。结果:综合护理干预前后本组患者SAS、SDS得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:综合护理干预对需持续心电监护老年心血管疾病患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪障碍具有良好的缓解作用。

Impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety and depression of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease under ECG monitoring

Objective:To probe into the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety and depression of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease under ECG monitoring.Methods:100 elderly patients who needed continuous ECG monitoring due to cardiovascular disease were respectively assessed by Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) on the day of admission under the permission of the patient’s conditions.All patients were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The anxiety and depressive state of the patients was assessed again by SAS and SDS after 2 weeks.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before and after comprehensive nursing intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of the elderly patients who need continuous ECG monitoring.
