子宫单发与多发肌瘤雌、孕激素受体表达差异

摘    要:目的探讨雌激素受体、孕激素受体在子宫多发、单发肌瘤与周围正常肌层在周期性变化中的表达情况。方法采用SP免疫组织化学染色法测定46例子宫单发肌瘤、50例子宫多发肌瘤组织与周围正常肌层组织的ER、PR在周期性变化中的表达水平。结果子宫肌瘤ER、PR表达水平高于其周围正常肌层。子宫多发肌瘤ER、PR表达水平高于单发肌瘤。结论子宫多发肌瘤较单发肌瘤ER、PR表达水平高,对子宫单发、多发肌瘤患者,应用激素类药物或抑制剂时不能统一用量,治疗时尽量减慢或抑制子宫肌瘤生长,从而使患者免受手术之苦。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor in the multiple uterine fibroid,single uterine fibroid and the surrounding normal myometrium. Methods SP immunohistochemical staining method was used to detect the estrgen receptor and progesterone receptor in the 46 examples of single,50 examples of multiple fibroid and the surrounding normal myometrium. Results The expression levels of ER and PR in the multiple uterine fibroid and single uterine fibroid were significantly higher than that in the surrounding normal myometrial tissue. The expression levels of ER and PR in the multiple uterine fibroid were significantly higher than that in the the single uterine fibroid both in the proliferative phase and secretory phase. Conclusion The expression levels of ER and PR in the multiple uterine fibroid were higher. So hormone drugs or inhibitors have no uniform dosage in the treatment of uterus single and multiple fibroids. Try to slow down or inhibit the growth of uterine fibroids in the treatment so that avoid the suffering of patients with surgery.
