摘    要:目的探讨急性缺氧对冲击波暴露后豚鼠听功能和听毛细胞损伤的影响。方法对冲击波暴露后不同组采用耳蜗基底膜铺片技术和听性脑干反应测试技术进行观测。结果冲击波暴露后单纯冲击伤组、冲击伤加缺氧组听阁均较暴露前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),听毛细胞受到损伤,冲击伤加缺氧组更为明显。结论冲击波暴露后早期听阈阈值及听毛细胞损伤与缺氧有密切关系。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of shock wave exposure on hearing threshold and hair cells injury of guinea pigs.Methods After shock wave exposure,different groups of guinea pigs were studied by cochlea basilar membrane stretched preparation technique and auditory brainstem response(ABR).Results There was significant difference in the hearing threshold before shock wave exposure and after shock wave exposure in both groups(P<0.05).Some cochlea hair cells were more significantly injured in hypoxia group after blast injury.Conclusion These results suggest that hypoxia may induce increase of ABR threshold shift and hair cells injury at early following exposure to shock wave.
