| 摘 要： | 将胃镜确诊活动性消化性溃疡55例随机分为2组:奥美拉唑组33例(男性25,女性8,年龄40±11a),口服20mg, qd;胶体次枸橼酸铋组22例(男性12,女性10,年龄39±12a),口服110mg,qid。疗程均为4wk。结果总有效率分别为97％和86％,P<0.05,值得选用奥美拉唑。

| Abstract: | Fifty-five patients with active peptic ulcer confirmed by gastroscopy were divided randomly into two groups.33 patients(M 25, F 8:age 40 ± 11 a) received omeprazole 20 mg, qd,Po, 22 patients(M 12,F 10; age 39± 12a) received colloid bismuth subcitrate 110 mg, qid, po, all for 4 wk.Results showed that the total response rate in the omeprazole group (97%) was better than that in the bismuth group(86%), P<0. 05. So it is better to select omeprazole to treat active peptic ulcer. |
