854名客运列车女乘务员妇女疾病普查分析

目的了解昆明铁路局客运列车女乘务员的妇女疾病状况.方法对昆明铁路局客运段854名女乘务员逐个询问病史,常规进行妇科检查、乳腺检查及辅助检查.结果危害昆明铁路局女客运列车女乘务员的妇女疾病主要为乳腺小叶增生、生殖道感染、子宫肌瘤及（或）子宫肌腺症,不同的年龄层患病情况存在差异.结论应提高乘务员的健康责任感,针对不同年龄层采取综合预防保健措施来保障客运列车女乘务员的健康.

Mass Screening for Gynaecological Diseases in 854 Female Crew Members Working on Passenger Train

Objective To study the status of gynaecological diseases in female crew members（FCM） working on passenger train in Kunming Railway Administration（KRA） .Methods 854 FCMs working on passenger train in KRA were individually inquired about the medical history,and were given routine gynecologic examination,mammary gland inspection,and auxiliary examination.Results The major gynaecological diseases against female health among FCMs in KRA included hyperplasia of lobules of mammary glands,genital infection,and hysteromyoma and/or adenomyosis,and the prevalence rates differ among different age groups.Conclusion FCMs’responsibility for their health should be enhanced,and considering different age groups,other comprehensive measures for disease prevention and health care should be established to ensure FCMs’health.
