| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨地玄石膏汤治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法 :76名三叉神经痛患者随机分成两组 ,分别给予地玄石膏汤或卡马西平治疗 ,其中地玄石膏汤组 38例 ,卡马西平治疗组 38例 ,观察两组的治疗效果。结果 :地玄石膏汤组和卡马西平治疗组的总有效率分别为 97.4 %、84 .2 % ,两组间存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :地玄石膏汤是治疗三叉神经痛有效、安全、简便的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine-dixuanshigao soup in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Method: 76 patients suffered from trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups. There had 38 patients in the group treated with dixuanshigao soup and the other 38 patients in the group treated with tegretol. The clinical effect was observed after treatment. Results: The total effective rate were 97.4% and 84.2% for dixuanshigao soup-treated group and tegretol-treated group, respectively. There had significant difference between this two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: The traditional chinese medicine-dixuanshigao soup is an effective and safe medicine for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. |
