人输卵管上皮细胞培养液对人精子活力的影响

摘    要:哺乳动物输卵管是精子获能、受精和早期胚胎发育的重要场所,并通过其分泌的物质协助完成上述过程。为了解其对精子活力的影响,我们观察了月经中期人输卵管上皮细胞培养液和管腔液对人精子活动率、平均运动速度、高活力精子比例及活动指数的影响。结果在共育不同时间后对上述指标均有显著促进作用,输卵管上皮细胞培养液的作用强于管腔液。说明人输卵管上皮细胞培养液可提高人精子活动能力和生存能力。

Abstract:Mammalian oviduct provides an important biochemical environment which leads to the final maturation,capacitation, and fertilization of sperm and the development of pre-embryos.It is be- lieved that,fallopian tube can help the completion of the courses mentioned above by its secretory sub- stances,The aim of this paper is to evaluate the influence of fallopian tube fluid(FTF)and the culture medium of cultured oviduct epithelial cells on the motility(M),velocity(V),high motility grading rate(a+b) and motility index(MI) of human sperm in different period of co-culture. The results showed that fallopian tube epithelium culture medium(FECM)could prolong the viable time of sperm.. There were significant differences between control and FECM treated groups in these parameters(M,V,a+b,MI).FTF gave similar results as FECM,but the effect of FECM on the sperm viability seemed to be stronger than FTF in all the tests.We concluded that the fallopian tube epithelial cells culturedin vitro(72hr) might secrete certain factors that could facilitate the viability of human sperm。The nature of the factors is worth investigating further。
