喘息宁颗粒对豚鼠急性支气管哮喘模型气管痉挛时间的影响

目的观察喘息宁颗粒对豚鼠急性支气管哮喘(以下简称哮喘)模型气管痉挛时间的影响。方法 将30只豚鼠随机分为3组:对照组(喂饲0.9%氯化钠注射液)、喘息宁组(分次喂饲0.9%氯化钠注射液和高、中、低剂量喘息宁颗粒)、沙丁胺醇组(分次喂饲0.9%氯化钠注射液和低、中、高剂量硫酸沙丁胺醇片)。分别在每次实验开始前1 h予胃管内喂饲相应药物10 mL,用磷酸组织胺、乙酰甲胆碱采用传统喷雾致喘法制作豚鼠哮喘模型。设定开始雾化吸入至豚鼠出现呼吸增快的时间为T1,开始雾化吸入至豚鼠出现摔倒的时间为T2,用秒表记录并对照观察。结果磷酸组织胺、乙酰甲胆碱造模的沙丁胺醇组、喘息宁组T1、T2均长于对照组;喘息宁组T1、T2均长于相同剂量沙丁胺醇组(P0.05);沙丁胺醇组、喘息宁组不同剂量间比较,剂量大则T1、T2延长(P0.05)。结论喘息宁颗粒剂对磷酸组织胺或乙酰甲胆碱所致的哮喘模型豚鼠气管痉挛具有延缓作用,作用优于沙丁胺醇片,且随喘息宁颗粒剂量的增加,对豚鼠气道痉挛缓解程度越明显。

Protection of Chuanxining granule on the bronchial spasm caused by histamine and Acetylcholine

Objective To investigate the protecting effect of traditional Chinese medicine Chuanxining granule made by ourselves on the asthma model of guinea pigs.Methods Guinea pigs＇ asthma models were made using histamine phosphate and methacholine.All the guinea pigs were divided into three groups,the control group,Chuanxining groups and salbutamol groups.The protecting effects of the traditional Chinese Medicine Chuanxining granule were observed and compared with salbutamol.Guinea pigs in Chuanxining groups and salbutamol groups were either given low dosage,medium dosage and large dosage of Chuanxining granule and salbutamol.The control group was given NS.The time of the tachypnea（T1） or fell down（T2） of animal was recorded.Results T1 and T2 in Chuanxining groups and salbutamol groups were longer than that in control group.With the same dosage,T1 and T2 in Chuanxining granule groups was longer than that in salbutamol groups（P〈0.05）.Guinea pigs taking large dosage of either Chuanxining or the salbutamol had longer T1 and T2 than the lower and medium dosage（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The traditional Chinese medicine Chuanxining granule made by ourselves has the better protecting effect to the bronchial spasm caused by histamine phosphate and methacholine than that of salbutamol.With the increasing of dosage,the protecting effect of guinea pigs was increased.
