| 摘 要： | 目的 :颈椎手术前方入路 ,以颈椎前外侧沟为标志 ,为避免损伤椎动脉、静脉提供形态学基础。方法 :观察 12 7套干燥颈椎标本的颈椎前外侧沟。解剖颈胸段脊柱标本 15例 ,观察头颈长肌及间距。结果 :①颈椎前外侧沟位于颈椎前外侧 ,沟中点深为 1.6～ 4.9mm。②两侧颈椎前外侧沟间距在 19.0～42 .7mm。③左右横突孔间距为 2 5 .9～ 44.7mm。④颈椎横突孔前壁厚为 1.5～ 3 .9mm。⑤头颈长肌位颈椎前方 ,大部分位于颈椎前外侧沟内。结论 :以颈椎前外侧沟为标志 ,两沟之间为颈椎手术前方入路安全区域。
