顺铂、盖诺支气管动脉导管介入灌注治疗肺癌疗效评价

目的　观察支气管动脉灌注顺铂 ( DDP 1 0 0 mg/m2 )、盖诺 ( 4 0 mg)治疗中、晚期肺癌的疗效。方法　 80例中晚期肺癌病人随机分为支气管动脉灌注治疗组 ( A组 ) 40例 ,静脉注射治疗组 ( V组 ) 40例。结果　 A组缓解率 77.5 % ,中位缓解期 7个月 ,中位生存期 1 0个月 ,生存 1年以上患者占 5 2 .5 % ;V组缓解率45 % ,中位缓解期 5个月 ,中位生存期 6个月 ,生存 1年以上患者占 2 2 .5 %。结论　支气管动脉灌注治疗肺癌的临床疗效优于静脉滴注。

Evaluation on effect of advanced lung cancer treated with bronchial arterial infusion with DDP and VLB

Objective To observe the effect of advanced lung cancer treated with bronchial arterial infusion with DDP (100mg/m 2) and VLB(40mg) Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced lung cancer were randomized into two groups bronchial arterial infusion therapy (A group) 40 patients, vein infusion therapy (V group) Results The remission rate of A group was 77 5%, and its median clinical complete remission period 7 months and median survival period 10 months survival;periods more than 1 year was 52 5%; The remission rate of V group was 45%, and its median clinical complete remission period 5 months and the median survival period was 6 months; The ratio of patients whose survival periods more than 1 year was 22 5% Conclusions The results of this study showed that the clinical effect of advanced lung cancer treated with bronchial arterial infusion with DDP and VLB is superior to that with vein infusion therapy
