| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小切口与常规切口对白内障术后视力和角膜散光的影响。方法：对196例208眼应用小切口和常规切口行白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术，并以术前后的视力和角膜散光结果做比较分析。结果：小切口组比常规切口组视力恢复快、散光小，两组相比有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：小切口白内障摘除人工晶体植入术有实用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective Study on cataract extraction and IOL implantation with small or conventional incision for the visual acuity and corneal astigmatism after operation.Methods The visual acuity and corneal astigmatism of 208 eyes(196 cases) were undergone with small or conventional incision in postoeration period.Results Small incision group with rapid visual rehabilttation,less surgically induced astigmatism.Corneal astigmatism in small incision group was significantly less( P <0 05)and the visual acuity was much better than in conventional incision group( P <0 05).Conclusions Cataract extraction and IOL implantation with small incision is practical. |
