| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨前臂桡侧游离皮瓣在舌癌切除术后舌再造中的应用。方法：对我科1999年以来7例应用前臂桡侧游离皮瓣修复舌癌切除后舌组织缺损的病例进行临床分析。结果：前臂桡侧游离皮瓣质地优良，切取方便，血管与口腔颌面部的血管管径相配，吻合成功率高，缺点是牺牲一条主供血管，供区疤痕明显，影响美观。结论：前臂桡侧游离皮瓣用于舌癌切除术后舌再造，舌外形功能恢复良好，可避免过多的切除组织。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the application of forearm free flap in tongue reconstruction of tongue cancer operation.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 7 cases of tongue cancer which had been operated on tongue reconstruction with forearm free flap.Results The free forearm is a good texture and easy to get .It is suitable for anastomosis with vessels of the face and neck .The disadvantage is that the patients lost a main vessel ,and the scare in the forearm has a bad appearance.Conclusions Using the forearm free flap in tongue reconstruction of tongue cancer, we can recover good shape and function of tongue ,and avoid tissue dissection too much. |
