儿童软组织扩张术之并发症的临床分析

目的 探讨小儿软组织扩张术并发症的特点。方法 对37例65只小儿软组织扩张器所出现的并发症进行回顾性分析。结果 小儿软组织扩张术的并发症发生率47.7%。埋置部位，扩张过程是否住院与并发症发生有关系。并发症种类与成人不同。结论 小儿软组织扩张术并发症高于成人，以扩张器外露最多，面颈部发生最多，扩张过程在院外进行的并发症多。提示重点加强扩张过程的观察，护理及严格遵守整形外科手术原则是减少并发症发生的有效措施。

Analysis of complications of the soft tissue expansion in pediatric

Objective To study the character of complications of the soft tissue expansion in pediatric Methods Methods The complications caused by 65 expanders in 37 pediatric patients were analyzed retrospectively Results The complication rate of the soft tissue expansion in pediatric was 47 7%. The implanting site of a prosthesis and whether reside or not were related to the complication rate.The type of the complications in pediatric was different from that in adult Conclusions The complication rate of the soft tissue expansion in pediatric was higher than that in adult, and the highest in the exposed expanders and the implanting site of faces and necks.In addition,the complication rate was higher among the children who didn't reside during inflation than those who did. It is sure that observation and nurse carefully during inflation and follow by the principle of plastic surgery strictly during operation are effective methods against the complications
