| 摘 要： | 本文报道鄂州地区流行的红斑性肢痛症814例,男:女为0.8:1(366:448),均为13～18岁的学生。84％的患者有遇热时患肢痛加剧,遇冷时缓解的特征。73.2％肢端肿胀,44.2％肢体麻木感,40.1％肢端发红,8.2％皮肤发灰,40％皮肤温度升高,神经系统检查无异常发现。致病因素可能与气温突变、病毒感染、精神紧张、自主神经功能失调有关。

| Abstract: | 814 cases of epidemic erythromelalgia cases of Ezhou Prefecture of Hubei Province were studied. The male/female ratio was 0.8:1 (336:448) . All were students aged 13-18 years. In 84％ cases Pain in extremities was aggrevated by raising temperature and relieved by cold. The other clinical characteristics: soles and tols swelling (73.5％) ,numb (44.2％) ,extremities redness (40％) ,skin temperature raising (40％) ,skin greying (8.2％)and no specifical abnormal condition was found on aeurolgical examination. It was suggest that the pathogentic factors be possibly related to sudden changes of climate, some viral infections, psychentonia and functional disturbances of autonomic nervous system. |
