| 剖宫产子宫瘢痕缺损的影响因素 |

| 摘 要： | 剖宫产瘢痕缺损(caesarean scar defects,CSD)表现为超声下子宫下段低回声区,是子宫肌层在前次剖宫产切口处发生缺如或断裂,影响约30%的剖宫产女性。目前关于形成CSD的直接原因尚不明确,研究发现术中切口位置过低、单层缝合、使用铬制肠线、患者心理压力大、子宫后位和多次剖宫产等均为形成CSD的危险因素;双层缝合、腹膜缝合、使用可吸收缝线等更利于切口的愈合;另外,CSD的形成还与长期使用皮质类固醇药物、子宫腺肌病和子痫前期病史等多种因素有关。

| Abstract: | The cesarean scar defects(CSD)is the hypoechoic area of the lower segment of the uterus under ultrasound.It is the absence or rupture of the myometrium at the incision of the previous cesarean section,which affects about 30%of women.At present,the cause of CSD is not clear,but studies have found that low incision position,single suture,using chrome gut,psychological pressure,posterior position of uterus,multiple cesarean section are risk factors of CSD.Double layer suture,peritonealsuture and absorbable suture are good for incision healing.In addition,the formation of CSD is related to the long-term use of corticosteroids,history of adenomyosis,history of vaginal delivery,history of pre-eclampsia. |
