| 摘 要： | 目的 检测结直肠癌P-gp的表达,探讨其临床意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学MaxVisionTM二步法,检测结直肠癌标本78份,癌旁正常肠组织31份.结果 P-gp表达阳性率为83.3%(65/78),与癌周正常组织比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其表达与浸润深度有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与性别、年龄、临床分期、淋巴结转移无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 P-gp在结直肠癌的原发耐药上起着重要作用,检测P-gp的表达对大肠癌的化疗药物和方案选择具有参考意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of P-gp in colorectal carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the P-gp expression in 78 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 31 cases of normal tissues.Results The positive expression of P-gp in colorectal carcinoma was 83.3%(65/78),higher than that in normal tissue(P<0.05).The expression of P-gp was related to the degree of invasion(P<0.05),but not related to sex,age,clinical staging and nodal metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion P-gp pla... |
