口腔颌面部固定性药疹的免疫组织化学研究

本文报道了１８例口腔颌面部固定性药疹病例，并应用４种鼠抗入白细胞抗原的单克隆抗体，采用标记的链霉亲本素生物素技术对其中１０例者急性期皮损内浸润的Ｔ细胞及其亚群、Ｂ细胞进行标记。

Immunohistochemical study on oral and maxillofacial fixed drug eruptions

This artical reports 18 patients with oral and maxillofacial fixed drug eruptions(FDE);10 cases were tested immunohistochemically with different mouse anttihuman monoclonal antibodies(McAb) to identify T lymphocytes,their phenotypic subsets and B lymphocytes 70 to 80% of lymphocytes perivasculary infiltrating the superficial dermis were found to be T cell. CD 4 -positive cells and CD 8 -positive cells were approximately equal among the pan-T-positive cells. CD 8 positive cells were more active in exocytosis than CD 4 -postitiv cell, In addition,about 15% dermal infiltration cells were B-positive lymphocytes. These results indicated that T inducer/helper and suppressor/cytotoxic cells might play a major role in mediating the inflammatory reactionin FDE.
