冷冻辐照同种骨修补颅骨缺损的实验研究及临床应用

摘    要:在动物实验基础上,临床应用冷冻辐照同种异体颅骨瓣修补颅骨缺损23例,疗效满意,结果表明同种颅骨瓣经低温冷冻,γ射线辐照灭菌,能有效地降低组织的抗原性,保持骨的生物机械性能,保持骨形成蛋白生物活性,植入后不易吸收,收到与自体骨移植相似的成骨效果,是目前修补颅骨缺损的较理想材料。

Abstract:On the baiSe of animal experiment, skull defect in 20 patients(16 males and 4 females1 was repairedwith deen frozen irrailiated skull allograft. The therapentic effectiveness is much satified.The results showthat deep frozen irradiated skull allograft can reduce tissure antigenicity effectively, preserve biologicalmechanical function of bone, maintain biological activity of bone morphotogic protein(BMP) and getosteogenic result similar in antotran splantatien of bone,By comparison,the writer thinks that deepfrozen irradiated skull in a perlect materiai to repair skall derect.
