| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨自发性乙状结肠破裂的病因、临床特点和诊治方法。方法:回顾性分析我院近年18例自发性乙状结肠破裂患者的临床资料。结果:18例患者均经开腹手术,治愈15例术后死亡2例,均死于感染中毒性休克,引起多脏器功能衰竭死亡。结论:早期诊断、尽早手术、合理的手术方式是改善自发性乙状结肠破裂患者预后的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective :To investigate the cause of spontaneous rupture of the sigmoid colon,clinical characteristics and treatment.Methods:Retrospective analysis of our hospital in recent years,18 cases of spontaneous rupture of the sigmoid colon in patients with clinical data.Results:The results have been 18 cases of patients with abdominal surgery,15 cases of cure after two cases of death,died of infection toxic shock,multiple organ failure caused the death.Conclusion :Early diagnosis and surgery as soon as possible,... |
